Aileen Lanaca-Canadido

Aileen is the program coordinator for the Dallas area. Upon completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology, Aileen served as a research associate at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). She led capacity-building initiatives through various volunteering programs to serve the marginalized and underserved.

After finishing her master of science in Family Resource Management from UPLB, she pursued the position of assistant professor at UP Rural High School and committed to providing a space for learning and holistic development for students guided by experiential learning.

Aileen’s combined experiences from both positions honed her skills in program management and equipped her to productively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders like the school, community, and especially the youth of Texas.
