Office for Youth Engagement

The Office for Youth Engagement, established in January 2023, is spearheading a comprehensive approach to youth engagement for Texas A&M University. With a focus on the university’s land-grant mission, this office collaborates across the university to strengthen and support youth programming.

The Office for Youth Engagement provides support to colleges and units that currently operate youth programs, while supporting the development of new programming to meet emerging needs. Texas A&M’s youth programs are one stage of lifelong learning, and participants in these programs often become prospective students. Through university-wide collaboration and access to grade-level curricula and content developed by the Office of Youth Engagement, university programs will have unified messaging about college accessibility and the Texas A&M experience.
