About Us

As a central hub for strategic partnerships and engagement, we work closely with various stakeholders to create opportunities that benefit both Texas A&M University and the surrounding community. Collaboration lies at the core of our approach. We actively engage with the B/CS Chamber of Commerce, Visit College Station and Destination Bryan tourism bureaus, fostering close relationships that enable us to align our efforts for maximum impact. As a result, we serve as a central contact point for these organizations, as well as external entities seeking to host events at Texas A&M University. Our comprehensive knowledge of the university's resources and facilities allows us to provide seamless support to those wishing to utilize our meeting spaces, connect with vendors, or access special interest university-based programs.

Extend Event Support

In addition to facilitating event hosting, we are dedicated to promoting the exceptional offerings of Texas A&M University to the wider Brazos Valley community and external agencies. By developing compelling marketing materials, we showcase our world-class facilities, highlight our reputable vendors, and promote our special interest university-based programs. Through these efforts, we strive to enhance the visibility and desirability of the Brazos Valley region as a premier destination for events, programs, and collaborations.

Aggieland Music in the City
